CAPITAL VILLA RENTALS was set up in 2006 by Capital Developments Turkey to provide rental services to both our property owners in our 3 Capital Built Projects, Olive Grove, Walnut Grove and Lemon Grove and to provide independent Turkish Property Rental Facilities to holidaymakers who opt to chose top quality self catering accommodation for their holidays abroad.

Our service for 2007 has been improved in a number of ways including redesign of our website, increase in local services available to guests and owners and, as we have moved the management and booking function of our operations to our Kusadasi Office, improved on hand help whilst you are on holiday as well as opening up the market to local rentals from customers from other countries.
