The villa is an end of terrace villa so enjoys a large corner plot site with gardens to side and garden terraces to both front and rear of the property.
The main door to the villa leads to a small entrance area with downstairs bathroom (wc & whb) to the right and kitchen area to the left. The kitchen is fitted with traditional solid wood kitchen units and comes well equipped with fridge freezer, hob and set top oven, kettle and toaster.
