Villa Occupancy
Villa occupancy begins at 12:00 noon on the first day of your holiday and ends at 10:00 am the last day, unless otherwise stated. In the early and low seasons it is sometimes possible to vary the specified arrival day. Single gender bookings cannot be accepted unless previously agreed and confirmation will be required by the apartment or villa owner. Only the persons named on the booking form may occupy the villa.
Airport Transfer Service
Private Transportation arrangements can be made as part of your booking if required from either Izmir or Bodrum Airports. Full list of charges and certain conditions are listed below:

Local Representative
Properties featured on our site have English speaking staff on hand to help with local information. A caretaker is on site to deal with any queries relating to property utilities or site services. In addition a full time area manager, based in Kusadasi is available to deal with emergencies. Our local office number is +90 256 6133709 if dialing from outside Turkey (or from a foreign mobile phone) or 6133709 if dialing from Kusadasi.
What’s included
Linen and towels except beach towels are included in rental.
In order to ensure you are comfortable on arrival and ease your settling in, Capital can provide you with an Essential Item Shopping Service:
SHOPPING PACK A: Milk, Butter, Eggs, Bread, White Cheese, Tomatos, Orange Juice and Toilet Rolls. – Cost €15
SHOPPING PACK B: As above but additionally Teabags, Coffee, Sugar, Cornflakes and Washing Up Liquid. – Cost €25
Air Conditioning
Most properties are fitted with hot and cold air conditioning units with a charge of €30 for a 2 bed, €40 for a 3 bed and €50 for a 4 bed property per week. This is optional. However if you choose not to purchase the air-con when booking the property, the remote controls will be held in the Ladies Beach office which can be exchanged for the weekly fee if you decide to opt for it when here.
Cleaning Service
Professional cleaners will prepare the villa/apartment ready for your arrival. This service is provided for your arrival and will attend to the accommodation on your departure. If you require extra cleaning service during your stay this can be organized at an extra charge with our local office in Ladies Beach - +90 256 6133709
FULL DAY CLEAN
8 hrs cleaning of entire house, terraces, windows and changing and laundering bedding and towels.

Additional Services
HIGH CHAIR AND TRAVEL COT HIRE SERVICES
High Chair and Travel Cot Hire Services are also available to all our customers and will be pre-delivered to your property prior to your arrival. Please note that bedding is not provided for travel cot.
High Chair Hire: €15 one week / € 10 per week for 2 or more weeks
Travel Cot Hire: €15 one week / € 10 per week for 2 or more weeks
CAR HIRE
On request we can obtain a quote from a local car hire company for car hire for the duration of your stay (or shorter if required) to include airport arrival and departures. Please note that the same vehicle may not be used for airport transfers subject to number of passengers.
Winter Holidays
If you would like to book a villa or apartment during the winter months please telephone the office to find out which properties are available. Some apartments and villas are not equipped with heating so are unsuitable for the cooler months.
