Villa Occupancy
Villa occupancy begins at 12:00 noon on the first day of your holiday and ends at 10:00 am the last day, unless otherwise stated. In the early and low seasons it is sometimes possible to vary the specified arrival day. Single gender bookings cannot be accepted unless previously agreed and confirmation will be required by the apartment or villa owner. Only the persons named on the booking form may occupy the villa.

Local Representative
Properties featured on our site have English speaking staff on hand to help with local information. A caretaker is on site to deal with any queries relating to property utilities or site services. In addition a full time area manager, based in Kusadasi is available to deal with emergencies. Our local office number is +90 256 6133709 if dialing from outside Turkey (or from a foreign mobile phone) or 6133709 if dialing from Kusadasi.

What’s included
Linen and towels except beach towels are included in rental.

Air Conditioning
Most properties are fitted with hot and cold air conditioning units with a charge of €30 for a 2 bed, €40 for a 3 bed and €50 for a 4 bed property per week. This is optional. However if you choose not to purchase the air-con when booking the property, the remote controls will be held in the Ladies Beach office which can be exchanged for the weekly fee if you decide to opt for it when here.

Winter Holidays
If you would like to book a villa or apartment during the winter months please telephone the office to find out which properties are available. Some apartments and villas are not equipped with heating so are unsuitable for the cooler months.

Arrival Services
Capital Developments are pleased to announce our 2010 Arrival Services on offer to all our residents, their family & friends and to your guests using our property rental facilities. We require a minimum of two days notice to provide any of the below services unless otherwise stated. Bookings can be made by email to zoe@capitaldevelopments.net, info@capitaldevelopments.net or by telephone +90 256 6133709. If sending and email, please do not assume we get it – if we don’t reply then we most likely haven’t received it.

Please note that for 2010 season, we have changed our pricing to Turkish Lira to accommodate our customers from countries outside the EU. Bills can still be paid locally in Euro, Sterling or Dollars using the daily exchange rate. Within a few days of your arrival a bill will be sent to you at your property for any of the services we have provided and should be paid to our Kusadasi Office on Ladies Beach before your departure.

Airport Transfers
Our Airport Transfer prices below are for one way transfers to and from both Izmir and Bodrum Airports. For departures, we will request you to complete a departure details form and will then confirm pickup times for departure to you. Please note you should re-confirm you departure details with your tour operator or airline 24hrs in advance of your return journey and if there are any changes, these should be advise to our Kusadasi Office as soon as you are aware of them so we can make changes to return transfer pickup arrangements. If you arrival and departure are booked at the same time, we will offer you a percentage reduction in the overall return transfer cost.

Bookings are based on vechicle type (please note maximum passengers for each vehicle type). Our policy on maximum passengers per vehicle has to be strict to ensure there is enough room for luggage and still allow passengers to travel in comfort. For bookings of more than 25 people please contact us for a quote.

Infants under 2 travel free on Adults Lap. If car seat is required, then an infant is counted as a head. Please provide as much notice as possible for infant car seat bookings as availability of same is limited. For larger bookings infant car seats may not be available as seatbelts are unsuitable for bus/coach seating. Car Seats are provided free of charge but the infant is counted as a passenger in the above Max Passenger allowances. Children over 2 are consider as full passenger head as a seat with seatbelt must be provided under local regulations. To avail of the above prices, your must pre-book your group booking. During the season, and dependent on vehicle availability, we may transfer smaller parties together in a larger vehicle but individual group prices may apply.

CAR HIRE
On request we can obtain a quote from a local car hire company for car hire for the duration of your stay (or shorter if required) to include airport arrival and departures.  Please note that the same vehicle may not be used for airport transfers subject to number of passengers.  Prices for daily car hire for basic vechicle (Renault Clio, Skoda etc) start from as little as 45TL per day.

SHOPPING ARRIVAL SERVICES
Capital offer a Shopping Arrival Service with the below listed items pre-delivered to your property prior to your arrival.

SHOPPING PACK A: Milk, Butter, Eggs, Bread, White Cheese, Tomatos, Orange Juice and Toilet Rolls. – Cost 30,00TL

SHOPPING PACK B: As above but additionally Teabags, Coffee, Sugar, Cornflakes and Washing Up Liquid. – Cost 55,00TL

If you require any special items or products to be included in your shopping pack, please advise us and we will endeavour to locate same with items billed in addition to shopping pack items

PRE-DELIVERY OF GAS BOTTLES AND WATER BOTTLES
Gas hobs will require a Gas Bottle to be installed and tap water is not recommended for drinking in Turkey – we can pre-order these items for you prior to your arrival if required.  Prices at time of publication are:

GAS BOTTLE
First Order – Includes full gas bottle, Deposit, Connection head and installation – 85YTL
Refill Order – Replacing empty gas bottle with full gas bottle – 45YTL

DRINKING WATER – 19 LITRE BOTTLE
First Order – Includes full water bottle, deposit on bottle and hand operated pump – 25YTL
Refill Order – Replacing empty water bottle with full one – 4YTL

CLEANING SERVICES
Our cleaning Services have now been revised and priced in Turkish Lira. Prices are based on overall square meters of the properties and the number of beds. Cleaning must be booked at least 1 week in advance of your arrival.

All properties on the rental market, MUST have a pre season clean done prior to their first rental of the season to ensure the property is completely clean for rental guests after being unoccupied all winter. Properties not in our managed complexes listed below will be quoted for individually to the owners and rates agreed for the season .

PRE-SEASON CLEAN
A thorough clean of the property inside and out including: windows, terraces, front door polish, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and Hilton sink cupboards cleaned inside, tops of kitchen units and cupboards cleaned down, aircon unit filters cleaned out, all crockery and cutlery washed, all bedding and towels washed, dried and ironed with all beds made up. Property aired and freshened up for 1st occupation.
FULL CLEAN
Thorough clean of property including windows, terraces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens and laundering, drying and ironing of any used bed linen and towels  – beds made up for next arrival 
MID CLEAN
General cleaning of interior of property, floors, bathrooms, kitchen.
LAUNDRY
Washing, ironing and drying of any used laundry and towels.

HIGH CHAIR AND TRAVEL COT HIRE SERVICES
High Chair and Travel Cot Hire Services are also available to all our customers and will be pre-delivered to your property prior to your arrival.  Please note that bedding is not provided for travel cot.

If you are travelling with small children and require any other equipment (sterilizers, prams, buggies, walkers etc) please ask us as we may be able to source these locally for you saving you carrying extra luggage or overloading your suitcase.
