Villa Occupancy
Villa occupancy begins at 12:00 noon on the first day of your holiday and ends at 10:00 am the last day, unless otherwise stated. In the early and low seasons it is sometimes possible to vary the specified arrival day. Single gender bookings cannot be accepted unless previously agreed and confirmation will be required by the apartment or villa owner. Only the persons named on the booking form may occupy the villa.

Local Representative
Properties featured on our site have English speaking staff on hand to help with local information. A caretaker is on site to deal with any queries relating to property utilities or site services. In addition a full time area manager, based in Kusadasi is available to deal with emergencies. What’s included
Linen and towels except beach towels are included in rental.

Air Conditioning
All of our luxury properties have airconditioning – mostly throughout, but some may not have it in certain rooms – the description under each property specifies which rooms do and do not have airconditioning so please ensure you check this information when booking. Most of the Standard or Basic properties do not have airconditioning. If there is airconditioning, it is included in the rental price of the property. We request that if you do have airconditioning that it is not left running when you are not in the property. Airconditioning units are not designed to run 24/7 – we reserve the right to enter the property and switch off the airconditioning if you are not in the property during your stay.

Winter Holidays
If you would like to book a villa or apartment during the winter months please telephone the office to find out which properties are available. Some apartments and villas are not equipped with heating so are unsuitable for the cooler months.
