Karaova Villas are located in the Long Beach area suburb of Kusadasi, approximately 7kms from Kusadasi Town Centre and just 80 Meters from the beach.

The area is a well settled, beach front suburb popular with both tourist and Turish nationals, many of whom own holiday homes in the area. The setting is ideal for those looking for an exclusive villa as a luxurious base for a peaceful and tranquil beach front holiday, yet is close enough to Kusadasi Town Centre for shopping, nightlife, visits to the international cruise ship harbour shopping area or the Kusadasi Marina for daily pleasure of fishing trips or to lunch in one of its Select restaurants.

Karaova Villas are laid out in two sections. Each section has 12, three bedroomed semi detached villas laid out around a beautiful pool area. Views from the terraces of each Property overlook the pool and all properties also have seaviews. Each poolside is equiped with sunbeds, mattresses and umbrellas and has a seperate small childrens pool. The site is situated approximately 7kms from Kusadasi Town Centre and is regularly serviced by local minibus public transport (Dolmuş), the nearest stop being approximately 150 meters from the site entrance on the main Davutlar to Kusadasi Road. Migros summer supermarket is the nearest major supermarket to Karaova and is approximately 1km from the site. There is also a permanent local market beside Migros Supermarket.

There are many other attractions in the area including; the Ancient City of Ephesus (approx 25kms from Karaova), Adaland and Aquafantasy Waterparks (approx 10kms) Ephesus Golf Resort, due to be open in 2010 (approx 4kms), .
