The apartment is laid out over two floors. The entrance door leads to a spacious L shaped hallway off which leads to the entrance floor (5th) accommodation and marble stairs to top floor. Double doors lead to the open plan L shaped, living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern kitchen units and all the mod cons. The living and dining area are furnished to a high standard and has airconditioning. There are double sliding doors from both the kitchen and living/dining area leading to a large balcony area with built in BBQ.
There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with two sets of bunkbeds, the master being ensuite with wc, whb and wetroom shower. There is a utility balcony off the masterbedroom. All bedrooms are furnished with to a high standard all are fitted with aircon units. The main bathroom has a bath, Hilton sink, wc and washing machine.
The marble stairwell with wrought iron bannisters lead to the upper floor of the duplex apartment. A landing leads to both bedrooms and the roof terrace. One bedroom is twin and the other a double. Both bedrooms have airconditioning and ensuite bathrooms (shower wc and whb). A glass panelled door leads to a stunning roof top terrace which runs the entire way around the roof and offers stunning uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and coastlines.

Ladies Beach offers a blue flagged sandy beach, sunbeds and umbrellas and an array of watersports. The beach front promenade is very well serviced by bars, restaurants, mini markets and souvenier shops.
