A few steps lead to the main entrance door of the property which leads directly into the hall. From the hall, all rooms are accessed. On the left is the main bathroom, directly to the fore the main ensuite bedrooms, and to the right the 2nd bedroom and main living/dining/kitchen area.
The property has been nicely furnished and is well maintained throughout. The main living/kitchen area is furnished with a 3 seater sofa (sofabed), coffee table and TV with Satellite Service. A balcony door provides access from the living room to a spacious balcony furnished with table and 4 chairs. The balcony has a built in BBQ area and overlooks the gardens in Olive Grove.
