A set of exterior marble return stairs lead to the property entrance. The spacious full height hallway has a marble stairs leading to the upper level of the property and from the hallway, doors lead to the living room, seperate kitchen, lower floor bedroom and main bathroom.
The seperate kitchen is fitted with modern cherrywood shaker sytle units and has all the mod cons including large fridge freezer, integrated oven & hob, kettle, toaster and electric bbq/grill., kitchen table and 4 chairs. The living room is nicely furnished with two 3 seater sofas (sofabeds), 2 arm chairs, foot stool, coffe table and TV with unit and DVD player. There is balcony access from both the kitchen the living room – the balcony overlooks Olive Grove gardens and is furnished with table and 4 chairs.
The main bathroom has a Hilton style sink, shower cabin, wc and a washing machine. The bedroom on this level has two sinlge beds and a chest of drawers.
The upper floor of the property has a landing with access to a very spacious roof terrace with built in BBQ , sun loungers, mattresses and a small table. The upper terraces has sea views of the Ladies Beach coastline. The master bedroom has a double bed, beside locker, 3 door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The master bedroom is ensuite with shower cabin, whb and wc. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, a bed side locker between and a 2 door wardrobe.
