This cosy villa is right at the front of the complex adjacent to the manager’s office should you need them, and from your wrap around ground floor balcony with a drink from the bar under the cover of a great Palm tree, you can see the sea and take in the warmth and ambiance of the local genuinely friendly atmosphere, radiating from the shops and bars on your doorstep. Our Villa is situated just 100 meters from Ladies Beach front so it is ideal for those looking for easy access to the sandy ‘Ladies Beach’ with its sun chairs, water sports, and the many bars restaurants and shops on the Ladies Beach promenade. Taxi Rank and local Dolmus Bus service also beside the promenade. Our Villa is laid out over two (cool on the feet) marble tiled floors. The ground floor has an open plan living and dining area with annexed kitchen, downstairs wc and marble stairwell leading to the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units, granite worktop, oven (electric) and hob (gas), large fridge freezer (great for fruit and veg and cheeses bought at the local colourful markets) , microwave, water cooler and breakfast bar counter. The living and dining area is tastefully furnished and includes sofa, coffee table and dining room table with comfy chairs. The downstairs WC houses the washing machine, a good sized shower cubicle for all sizes, whb, towel storage, electric razor point, and European wc.
The marble clad ground floor balcony to the front of the property is a good size, and is furnished with nice patio furniture great to sit out in at night, glass of wine the lovely warm evening air your nearest and dearest, and just chill.
Upstairs consists of three bedrooms, one single and two doubles all with good quality beds. The master bedroom has balcony access to the front of the property wrapping around to view the hotel pool, and the single bedroom has access to a rear balcony also overlooking the Ponz Hotel pool. The main bathroom has a corner shower, European wc, whb and electric water boiler.
The living and dining room and each of the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning (extra weekly charge).
Our Villa is fully kitted out with bedding, towels, crockery and all necessary equipment that you need to make this property an excellent choice for you, for a short or long term holiday to remember, and come back to again and again.

Ponz Villa complex is situated just 100 meters from Ladies Beach front with its lively bars for all ages. The tree lined Promenade has many good quality restaurants catering for all tastes and a Chinese too. The promenade which tourists and locals alike stroll up and down upon all day, offers many shops selling tourist trinkets Beach towels etc, but there are also grocery shops and chemists and a medical centre. From any vantage point on the Promenade it is always magnificent to watch the sun go down on the horizon in the evening in a blaze of colour. Ponz Studio Apart Hotel neighbours the Ponz Villa Complex and the hotels facilities including large pool and sun terracing areas, poolside excellent restaurant & bar, games (billiards table, dart board and table tennis table) and reception with safety deposit facilities are all open to residents of the Ponz Villas.
Kusadasi Town Centre is just 2.5kms from Ladies Beach 15 minutes by taxi or with the local Dolmus Bus service, providing an efficient transport system to and from the town centre. Note when 4 or more travel together a Taxi can be just as economical. Kusadasi’s gold and leather shops spoil you with choice and the night life is fantastic on the world renowned Bar Street.
Ladies Beach is a blue flagged sandy beach and offers attended sun beds, with umbrellas and an array of water sports all awaiting you when you come to Turkey.
