The Property has been fully refurbished and is furnished with traditional style furnishings. . The front door leads into a small lobby area. There is a annexed kitchen area to the right, downstairs bathroom area to the left and the openplan living and dining area to the fore. Kusadasi Town Centre is just 2.5kms from Ladies Beach with the local Dolmus service providing an efficient transport system to and from the town centre.
Ladies Beach is a blue flagged sandy beach and offers sunbes, umbrellas and an array of watersports.
