All villas at Walnut Grove offer an openplan living and dining area with an annexed fully fitted and modern kitchen. There is a large ground floor balcony area with pergola shading and built in BBQ and there is a downstairs bathroom with wc and whb.
No 36 has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The master bedroom (double) is ensuite and has access to an 1st floor sun terrace. There is a main bathroom with corner bath and shower, Hilton style sink and wc.
All villas at Walnut Grove offer airconditioning in the openplan living/dining and kitchen area and in each of the 3 bedrooms. Airconditioning is not included in basic rental price but is available at an extra charge.
Each individual property is furnished to a high Standard (actual photos of each Property are shown) and offers a full supply of bedding and towels (not beach towels). All properties are fully serviced with white goods but please check individual listings as not all properties have microwaves and dishwashers, TV's or DVD's
Walnut Grove is a private development of exclusive villas, situation in the heart of Sogucak Village approximately 10 kms from Kusadasi. 2kms from Long Beach (a 27km stretch of beaches and coastline offering both fully serviced beaches (sunbeds, parasols, beach bars, cafes and watersports) and more remote and unspoilt beaches. The local bus service (dolmus) stops just outside the entrance to Walnut Grove and services Kusadasi centre and the Long Beach area.
